Who this is for

GR Patch Alarm is for U.S. business customers only. The purchaser must be at least 18, have business authority to authorize the review, and accept Stripe's Terms checkbox at checkout. That Stripe acceptance is the binding recorded acceptance; the site fit checks are a pre-check only.

Scope and permitted reference

Proof Sprint covers one release candidate, one agreed critical workflow, and one WordPress environment. Release Evidence Pack covers one release candidate, one comparison baseline, and five total checks across no more than three environments. The only permitted reference is a public immutable/version-pinned GitHub release or tag, or a public WordPress.org plugin version. You give Gessie Road limited authorization and the needed intellectual-property rights only to review that public reference for the agreed scope.

Materials and start

Do not send uploads, attachments, private links, passwords, tokens, keys, payment cards, production access, live customer data, or confidential material. Confidentiality applies to the agreed scope and report, but not the public reference. Work begins only after Gessie Road sends a written Ready notice. The Proof Sprint 48-hour target and Release Evidence Pack five-business-day target are targets, not guarantees. The report is delivered once to the email used at Stripe checkout and includes one reasonable clarification about the report.

Limits and upgrade

GR Patch Alarm is not a certification or warranty, does not promise a defect-free result, and does not include fixes, development, security testing, or unlimited retesting. A Proof Sprint may be upgraded as a $700 linked upgrade order within 14 days, subject to the same readiness review.

Refunds and delivery mismatch

A customer may receive a full refund before the Ready notice, if Gessie Road must decline the request, or if Gessie Road cannot start the agreed work. Report a material delivery mismatch within 14 days of delivery. Gessie Road will cure it within 10 business days or provide a full refund.

Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gessie Road's liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected order and excludes indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages. This does not limit a nonwaivable right or remedy. Indiana law governs, with exclusive venue in Fountain County, Indiana, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Future versions

Future terms apply only to future purchases. Gessie Road will preserve the accepted version for each order.
